What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. No returns on personalised/custom prouducts.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, we can make custom orders to suit. If you have an idea or inspiration email us or reach out to us on social media and we can chat further about your custom order. Or you can fill out the custom order/business merch form at the bottom of our homepage.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Personalised adn custom items usually take longer but please let us know in the note section if you need it by a certain date. Once your order has shipped or is ready for pick up, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. All personalisation and customisation is done in house in Adelaide, South Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia wide standard shipping starts at $13.50 and express shipping starts at $16.50 depending on the quanity and weight of your order. You'll be able to see the shipping rates at checkout.
