Returns & exchanges

We accept return & full refunds depending on the item/s.

We don't accept exchanges at all.

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery


The following items can't be returned or exchanged 

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalised orders

-Items on sale


We can arrange for your items to be remade. If you wish to get them replaced and are okay with covering the shipping fee. You will need to have proof of purchase, photos of broken box and items and we will assess the situation and we will let you know the outcome. Thank you 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
