How do I contact you about my order?

How long does it take to make items & ship?

Usually personalised items take about 3-5 days to make and then I would ship immediately and shipping usually takes 3-4 days depending on location & COVID restrictions in your state. 

Do you have shipping protection?

You will notice in your cart shipping protection will automatically be added. You are more than welcome to delcine the shipping protection but please know if your order arrives damaged/broken or lost- we will not be reliable for your order as you didn't take out shipping protection. 
If you purchase shipping protection you will be able to make a claim if your items get lost/damaged or broken during shipping and you may be compensated for your items.


Do you have Afterpay, Paypal or Zip Pay?

We do offer Paypal & Afterpay at checkout, unfortunately not Zip Pay. We also accept VISA, Mastercard & more. 


Can you make something that's not advertise on your website?

Yes we can, we would love to help your ideas come to reality for all customised ideas please contact us in advance on our socials (Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest) or email dtjcustoms@gmail.com 


Who do you ship through?

We alternate between Australia Post and Sendle, depending on the shipping times and rates this will help us choose between what's best for you. 


Do you only ship to Australia? 

We ship Australia wide and we are working on international shipping at the moment. But if you are from another part of the world and would like us to ship to you please get in contact with us. 


I put the wrong address in, how can I change it?

Please get in contact with us and leave your name, email and order number within 24hrs of purchase so we can change that for you before your order is shipped. If we have already shipped your item to you & you would like another of what you have ordered, unfortunately you will have to re-order it again as we cannot cover the cost of this mistake. 


I want to cancel my order, how do I cancel it?

Please get in contact with us and leave your name, email and order number within 24hrs of purchase so we can organise it for you and fully refund your order. Anything after he 24hr period unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund your order as we may have already made your items. 


I spelt a name wrong on a personalised item, can I change it?

Please get in contact with us and leave your name, email and order number within 24hrs of purchase so we can change that for you before your order is made & shipped.
